We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Must be in the original packaging with all certificates and documentation
- Must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Jewelry must not show signs of wear, damage, or alterations
- All tags, protective films, and seals must be intact
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized jewelry pieces
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Jewelry worn or used beyond trying on
- Items without original packaging or certificates
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
How to Initiate a Return

- Receive Instructions: We'll send you return shipping instructions and address
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in original packaging and ship to our return address

Refund Process

Exchanges
