We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Must be in the original packaging with all certificates and documentation
  • Must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Jewelry must not show signs of wear, damage, or alterations
  • All tags, protective films, and seals must be intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry pieces
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Jewelry worn or used beyond trying on
  • Items without original packaging or certificates
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

  3. Receive Instructions: We'll send you return shipping instructions and address
  4. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in original packaging and ship to our return address

Refund Process

Processing Time:

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once your return is approved
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Lost or Stolen Packages

Cancellations
